At SENDINOR DIGITAL ACADEMY, we value our students and strive to provide high-quality training in digital marketing. This Refund Policy explains our guidelines regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.
All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is agreed upon.
Payments are non-transferable to other individuals or courses unless approved by management.
Before Course Start: If you cancel your enrollment 7 days or more before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund.
Less than 7 Days Before Start: If you cancel less than 7 days before the course begins, you may receive a 50% refund of the total fee.
After Course Start: Once the course has started (online or physical), no refunds will be issued.
Fees for online classes, downloadable materials, or digital resources are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
If SENDINOR DIGITAL ACADEMY cancels a course for any reason, students will be offered either:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer to another course of equal value.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
