At SENDINOR DIGITAL ACADEMY, we value our students and strive to provide high-quality training in digital marketing. This Refund Policy explains our guidelines regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Enrollment & Payments

  • All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is agreed upon.

  • Payments are non-transferable to other individuals or courses unless approved by management.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Before Course Start: If you cancel your enrollment 7 days or more before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Less than 7 Days Before Start: If you cancel less than 7 days before the course begins, you may receive a 50% refund of the total fee.

  • After Course Start: Once the course has started (online or physical), no refunds will be issued.

3. Online Classes & Digital Materials

  • Fees for online classes, downloadable materials, or digital resources are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

4. Course Cancellation by Academy

If SENDINOR DIGITAL ACADEMY cancels a course for any reason, students will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer to another course of equal value.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
